1867 - A huge antique Panoramic view taken from the The Illustrated London News titled: 'PARIS 1867'
A spectacular Panoramic antique print showing PARIS 1867 by M.Jackson after Michel Charles Fichot and published in the Illustrated London News. The centre piece of this panoramic view is the EXPOSITION UNIVERSELLE and extends from the Arc de Triomphe over to Notre Dame and showing many of the other iconic sites & buildings such as Sacre-Coeur, Place de la Concorde & L'Eglise de la Madeleine. 

Overall size of print is 120cm x 57cm with large margins.

These panoramic engravings were bound in and folded in several places to fit within the newspaper size. The reverse has been re-enforced to protect the folds and there are a few surface paper slits along the folds. 

CONDITION: These panoramic prints were bound in and folded in several places in order to fit within the newspaper size and this example has the folds as issued. The reverse has been re-enforced to protect the folds. There has also been some historical minor restoration and has also been expertly hand coloured. Once mounted and framed will be a spectacular show piece.
