A fine original antique vue d'Optique showing a south-facing prospect of Westminster Abbey alongside St Margaret's Church, featuring period figures, carriages, and a sedan chair on the snow-dusted grounds. By French printmaker Jean-François Daumont, these engravings were specifically designed to be viewed through an optical viewing device or zoetrope with a convex lens to create a strong illusion of three-dimensional depth.
